ACSuper hopes that you will always be pleased with the Fund. However, should you be unhappy, the Trustee has established a procedure to deal fairly with member complaints. All complaints will be handled in a courteous and confidential manner and will be properly considered. Every attempt will be made to deal with your complaint within 45 days.  If you have a complaint, please write to:

The Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) also has an infoline on 1300 300 630 which you may use to make a complaint and obtain information about your rights.
