Mark Bates has been the Senior Pastor of Valley Christian Centre in Morwell, Victoria, since 1994.   He is also currently the State Secretary for the AOG in Victoria.  Prior to his role with Valley Christian Centre, Mark held a number of pastoral positions at churches in New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland.  Mark also brings experience in the banking industry to his role on the board, having spent a number of years with the Hindmarsh Building Society.
