ACSuper offers seven investment options to members:

1.       Cash

2.       Conservative

3.       Moderate

4.       Balanced

5.       Ethical Balanced (default option)

6.       Growth

7.       Ethical Shares

        **    Income (this is for the Pension account only)

Each investment option has a different investment objective, investment strategy and level of risk and return.  Please refer to investment table for more detail.

If you do not make a selection upon joining, or your application form is incorrectly completed, your money will automatically be invested into the default option, currently the Ethical Balanced option. 

How many options can I invest in at once?

You can invest your funds in up to seven options at any one time.  You can also choose to place your existing balance into one investment option while choosing to have future contributions invested in another investment option.

If you invest in more than one option, you must ensure that the percentage split you nominate adds up to 100%. 

Can I change my option?

You can switch your investment option at any time at no cost. Your switch will be processed as at the day the request was received by us and placed in a pending queue until the next unit price is calculated, as ACSuper has a forward pricing policy to ensure equity to all members by minimising any arbitrage of prices due to extreme market movement.

Note that the Trustee may allow the Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA) to exceed its nominated range during abnormal market conditions.
