To apply for Spouse Membership, you will need to: 

1. Complete and return the Spouse Membership form. The form may be downloaded from our website www.acsuper.com.au or you can call our Client Service on 1800 856 653.

2. Make an initial payment of $500 into your Spouse superannuation account.  

3. Make further contribution during the financial year to take the account balance over $1,000.

4. Further payments for your Spouse can be made either as a lump sum payment or via payroll deductions. Please note that your employer must authorise payroll deductions.
